Bartz's Perfect Math Class 01

I found this video randomly. I know nothing of the Touhou series (I think I got the name right)~ Anyway I found this video adorable, and couldn't help but find it adorable. I also had an image of Bartz singing this song (And the Dissidia Baddies then calling Bartz an idiot/moron).
Drew this last year~ Bartz is supposed to be holding Cloud's buster sword in the little image in the corner as he faces Sephiroth.
(Also from what I understand Cirno who is singing this song is number 9, and well Bartz is FF 5's repetitive, my statement still stand that I think Bartz is fitting for singing this song.) Bartz is such a cutie~

Anyway~
Bartz belongs to Square Enix
Cirno and the song belong to Touhou games? I'm afraid I don't know who that made this series.
